Brazilian artist Lalalli Senna has revealed plans for Senna Tower, a 500-meter skyscraper set to be Brazil’s tallest and the world’s tallest residential building. Located in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina, the sleek glass-clad structure features a base with terraces, pools, and landscaping.
Tribute to Ayrton Senna
The tower, a joint project between FG Empreendimentos and the Senna Brand, honors legendary Brazilian racing driver Ayrton Senna. A race track surrounding the podium will be part of an immersive experience dedicated to him.
Architectural Inspiration
Designed by Lalalli Senna, the skyscraper reflects Senna’s journey, symbolizing the transition from the material to the celestial. The facade will be adorned with light bands, and the crown will project light upwards.
Residential Units and Amenities
At 500 meters, Senna Tower will house 228 residential units, including mansions, penthouses, and mega triplex apartments. The skyscraper will also offer six floors of amenities and a 6,000 square meter rooftop leisure space.
Environmental and Structural Innovation
With LEED Platinum certification in mind, the building will also feature a Tuned Mass Damper to reduce vibrations, making it the first of its kind in Latin America.
Construction Timeline
Construction is set to begin in late 2025.
