Launch of a Mixed-Use Development in North Riyadh
Construction has begun on a comprehensive architectural project in north Riyadh, covering approximately 40,000 m², near Anas Bin Malik Street and Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Road.
Mixed-Use Design
The development features a commercial and office complex at its core, alongside a residential compound offering a variety of living spaces that harmonize with the surrounding urban fabric. The project also includes four hotel towers providing temporary accommodation, with a total of 336 serviced apartments and 179 rooms, designed to balance different functions while reflecting a cohesive architectural vision.
Space and Planning
Spaces have been carefully allocated to ensure integration between commercial, residential, and hotel areas, with a focus on smooth circulation within the complex and creating an environment that combines comfort and flexibility without compromising the project’s architectural identity.
✦ ArchUp Editorial Insight
This North Riyadh project showcases a mixed use architectural development combining office and retail complexes, a residential compound, and hotel towers. The imagery reveals a coherent spatial arrangement with a neutral palette and contemporary material expression, emphasizing the urban character. Yet, while the spatial composition is clear, questions arise regarding circulation between different units and its impact on overall user experience. On the positive side, the hotel towers provide a balanced relationship between privacy and shared spaces, reflecting a considered approach to multi-functional design and offering potential long-term value in urban planning.
