✦ ArchUp Editorial Insight

This North Riyadh project showcases a mixed use architectural development combining office and retail complexes, a residential compound, and hotel towers. The imagery reveals a coherent spatial arrangement with a neutral palette and contemporary material expression, emphasizing the urban character. Yet, while the spatial composition is clear, questions arise regarding circulation between different units and its impact on overall user experience. On the positive side, the hotel towers provide a balanced relationship between privacy and shared spaces, reflecting a considered approach to multi-functional design and offering potential long-term value in urban planning.
