Competition Format

  • Open & International
  • Two-stage process:
    • Stage 1: Submission of portfolios and essays, from which three finalists are selected.

  • Open to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, or consortiums registered in the Russian Federation.
  • Foreign companies may participate only as part of a consortium with Russian legal entities.
