Progress Continues at Sumo Towers – Jeddah

Construction is steadily advancing at the Sumo Towers project in Jeddah. The upper floors of the northern tower are nearing completion.
Glass cladding works are also underway, adding a sleek and contemporary look to the façade.
With a prime location overlooking the waterfront, the tower stands out as a prominent part of Jeddah’s evolving skyline.

Tuwaiq Hotel Tower Reaches 45th Floor – Riyadh

The Tuwaiq Hotel Tower has reached floor 45 out of a total of 52. It is positioning as one of the largest upcoming hospitality developments in Riyadh.
The tower will feature approximately 1,000 hotel rooms, designed with heritage-inspired aesthetics that reflect Saudi cultural identity.
Strategically located at the intersection of King Fahd Road and Anas Bin Malik Street in Al Malqa district, the tower has become increasingly visible from several vantage points across the city.

Diriyah Golf Club – Wadi Safar

Recent aerial images reveal significant progress at the Diriyah Golf Club, located within the expansive development zone of Diriyah. It covers over 630,000 square meters.
The project includes a collection of luxury hotels and aims to position Saudi Arabia as a global destination for golf and sports tourism.
Set in the scenic Wadi Safar, the club is designed to offer a premium experience supported by world-class infrastructure.

New Hotel Towers near King Abdullah Sports City – Jeddah

Detailed designs have been unveiled for a new project. It involves the construction of two hotel towers, each reaching 147 meters in height.
The towers will be operated by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and are located adjacent to King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah.
Covering an area of 16,000 square meters, the development is expected to significantly enhance the city’s hospitality offering. This is especially true due to its proximity to major sports facilities.
