The Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism returns in 2023 for its fourth edition, hosting the Seoul 100-year Masterplan exhibition. The exhibition, which follows the theme of Multi-Layered Land Use and Green Network, will establish long-term plans for the city, including eco-friendly solutions and new infrastructure.

This year’s festival is curated by architects Byoung Soo Cho and Eui Young Chun and will address three key fields: ecology, topography, and views.
