In the heart of Irpin, Ukraine, just 20 km from Kyiv, a significant project is underway. The Tax University Reconstruction is not simply a construction effort; rather, it represents hope after the widespread destruction caused by the 2022 Russian invasion. This university, part of Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance, has long served as a key educational center in public finance, accounting, and law.
