Vride Bench by Anna Maria Øfstedal Eng

The Vride Bench by Anna Maria Øfstedal Eng is a new addition to Øfstedal Eng’s organic furniture series Vride. Challenging the traditional and functional everyday product.

Made from Norwegian ash and intuitively handcrafted using a chainsaw, the Vride Bench is an abstract interpretation of a bench, morphing functional furniture into an organic sculpture.

Solid materials combined with timeless aesthetics leave an object that will last for generations, reflecting the philosophy of the young designer to create furniture and interior objects that challenges the boundary between art and practical products.
