An international competition honoring outstanding ideas and imaginative initiatives in a variety of areas is the 2024 London Design Awards. Product designers, architects, interior designers, graphic designers, UX/UI designers, and more are welcome to participate, as are teams, businesses, freelancers, enthusiasts, and students.
Categories
Product design, architecture, interior design, packaging design, conceptual design, user interface design (UI), user experience design (UX), communication design, service design, and landscape design are just a few of the areas that are covered by the awards.
Eligibility
Architects, interior designers, product designers, graphic designers, UX/UI designers, and other creative professionals—including teams, companies, innovators, manufacturers, suppliers, freelancers, enthusiasts, and students—are all welcome to enter the competition.
Submission Requirements
Before the final deadline, entries must have been completed during the previous five calendar years. No submission may be altered for the competition; it must be made exactly as it was published or implemented originally. The awards reserve the right to reclassify entries if necessary and may request documentation of the date of initial production or publication. Awards in categories where submissions fall short of the expected quality may be withheld by the judges.
Entry Brief
Summaries ought to be roughly 350 words long and elaborate on the work to provide the jury a thorough grasp. Written translations or adaptations are required for entries that are not in English.
Image Submission
All submitted images must be in a flattened JPEG or JPG format, with a maximum file size of 4MB, ideally 1,200 pixels wide, 300 DPI, and RGB color mode.
Audio/Video Submission
Uploading audio and video content to websites such as Vimeo, YouTube, or Youku is advised. A direct URL for judges to access the work must be included with entries. If the page is password-protected, enter the required credentials. Web videos are evaluated only on the basis of the content they offer, and submissions that need more explanation should be accompanied by a PDF summary.
