4th Quadrant of Victory Square International Competition

The competition will take place as a non-anonymous competition workshop, with the Competition Jury, Competition Clients, and other stakeholders directly conversing with the competitors. Based on their portfolios, the Jury will choose up to 10 teams who will take part in the competition. The shortlisted teams will propose a concept for the construction of Victory Square’s fourth quadrant. The panel will then decide on a minimum of three teams and a maximum of five teams to continue working on their proposals. The Competition Client and the Competition Winner will negotiate a follow-on contract following the conclusion of Competition Phase 2.

Receipt of applications until 16 September 2022
1st competition workshop October 2022
Submission of the concept January 2023
2nd competition workshop February 2023
Submission of the proposal May 2023
3rd competition workshop June 2023
