Concept renderings of the completed project envision a multi-story building with open terraces on each level. All terraces will face the sea. design incorporates outdoor seating areas, organised parking, and landscaped zones with palm trees. This offers a balance between functionality and aesthetic appeal.

A well known real estate company is leading the development of the project. On site signage clearly displays the SOHO branding alongside the developer’s logo, confirming their involvement. Thanks to its large footprint and strategic location, Soho Square is set to become a major leisure and hospitality hub, drawing both locals and visitors.
