This studio specialises is residential architecture, both one-off bespoke homes & multi-unit developments. They also work on office fit-outs & hospitality/leisure.
They are currently in urgent need an AutoCAD proficient architect to work on the delivery stages of private residential & a hospitality project they’ve just won. However this role will ultimately be an opportunity to work across all RIBA stages.
The right candidate will have proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe creative suite & SketchUp, and experience of job-running at RIBA stage 4-7 on residential projects, as well as an excellent understanding of UK building regulations.
