Adrem Group: Contractor (RIBA Stages 3-5) up to £32ph (Outside IR35)
An Award-Winning Studio in Central London, renowned for its innovative medium to large scale projects, has multiple contract positions available!
All posts are outside IR35 and offering a minimum of 4 months work with a high probability of the assignments becoming rolling contracts.
Projects are run in either AutoCAD (30%) or Revit (70%). Therefore we welcome applications from those that have the proven ability to work at pace with both of these softwares.
Although our client works across all RIBA Stages (they deliver all of the projects that they design), the main requirement across multiple projects is for individuals that can deliver packages or deliver projects at the latter stages, including coordination experience.
Summary:
- Outside IR35
- 40 hr per week
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience working at RIBA Stages 3-5, in the UK
- High proficiency in either AutoCAD or Revit with the ability to produce technical information at speed
- Ability to coordinate with external consultants
- Folio that demonstrates a wealth of technical information / package experience
Contract rates: £22 to £32 per hour
