If you are an Architect with long term aspirations to work directly for a developer, this role will 100% help you prepare and equip you for the transition!

Our client, a leading 100+ staff studio, is on the market for 1 (or potentially 2) experienced individual(s) who can work directly with two notable (Property Developer) clients of theirs, in the capacity of a Monitoring Architect.

You will monitor design quality, interrogate technical information, oversee compliance with regular site visits and effectively assist the studios property developer clients to ensure successful delivery of large scale residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience closely monitoring Contractor design proposals to ensure quality and compliance. However, applicants that have the ability to do so, along with a wealth of technical + delivery expertise on large scale housing schemes in the UK, will be considered.
