A multi-award-winning international design studio in Central London is looking for a project architect following their successful appointment on a £60m residential scheme. Opportunities are available for a project architect, an architect with delivery experience + several Part II architectural assistants.
The immediate project will be a multi-functional mixed-use building with high-end residential units, hospitality areas (F+B) and retail units. However this studio works on a variety of residential & commercial schemes, with ad-hoc opportunities in other sectors.
This project is in the delivery stages, however they have multiple projects at various, so for the successful individual this will be an opportunity to work across different stages and typologies.
The practice is actively using Revit on live BIM Level 2 projects.
Requirements:
- Strong creative design and technical skills, demonstrated through a well-presented portfolio
- UK-based multi-unit residential project experience – inception through to completion experience is required
for the Project / Team Lead and Architect positions - Revit software proficiency essential
