The right candidate will be someone who has worked autonomously on private residential projects, at either stages 0-3, 4-7, or 0-7. You will have experience of dealing directly with homeowners & managing relationships, as well achieving planning or building control (or both) for multiple residential projects.
Our client has a unique way of working that “takes the pain” out of the administrative processes associated with architecture, so if you’re someone that gets bored with admin & wants to spend more time on what you’re good at – designing, and working with people – then this is the right role for you!
This is also an entirely unique opportunity in architecture that you hardly ever see – the chance to train in Revit. If you’ve always wanted to work in Revit, maybe you’ve done a course but never used it live? Then this role will be a chance to not only learn & pick up live experience, but to become an expert!! This studio is 100% committed to staff development & will make sure that in a short space of time you’ve mastered the software to an expert level. (We know of at least one candidate who has gone on to join An AJ100 studio purely based on the level of Revit proficiency achieved during their time there.)
