Alinma Tower Rises into Riyadh Skyline: Significant Construction Progress

In a strategic move to consolidate its position in the Saudi banking sector, Alinma Bank continues to work at a rapid pace on its largest project to date: Alinma Tower.

The tower, the bank’s new headquarters, is expected to become a modern architectural icon in the heart of the capital, Riyadh.

Strategic Location and Distinctive Space

The tower is located in the Al-Yasmin neighborhood, north of Riyadh, directly on the vital King Fahd Road, and covers an area of 12,000 square meters.

This location gives the project a significant geographical advantage due to its proximity to major business centers, upscale residential areas, and the main road network.

Global Design by International Experts

The Alinma Tower was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), one of the world’s most renowned architectural firms, while the Saudi Arabian Construction Company (ACC) is implementing the project, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.

The tower consists of 42 floors, rising 213 meters, and is expected to accommodate more than 2,000 employees.

The project includes integrated facilities that enhance the work environment, such as a restaurant, a café, a gym, meeting rooms spread over two floors, a prayer room, and a medical clinic.

A Vision Beyond the Traditional Headquarters

It appears that the “Alinma Tower” is not just a tall administrative building; rather, it represents a true translation of Alinma Bank’s future vision, which seeks to align its corporate structure with the aspirations of the Saudi economy and Saudi Vision 2030.

The choice of a world-class design and implementation to exceptional specifications reflects the bank’s desire to build an attractive work environment that embraces innovation and supports digital transformation.

Analysts believe that this type of project contributes to reshaping the concept of traditional bank headquarters, from routine administrative offices to dynamic spaces that stimulate productivity and creativity, enhancing the bank’s competitiveness in the changing banking market.

Given the urban and technological expansion taking place in the capital, the presence of a prominent landmark of this magnitude will add visual and functional value to the area and could become a future investment attraction, especially with the integrated services and facilities surrounding it.
