Are you an experienced and talented architect looking for your next big break? We have an exciting opportunity for a senior or associate-level architect to join an internationally renowned AJ100 architectural practice in central London.
In addition to leading large scale residential, mixed-use and masterplanning projects (with the backing of an established team), this role also includes a focus on business development and networking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business &/or building relationships with clients and industry professionals. As a representative of the studio, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and actively pursuing them through networking events, industry conferences and other relevant functions (with support from senior directors).
The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate the studio’s capabilities and portfolio, as well as have strong negotiation and presentation skills to close deals. The role also includes maintaining existing client relationships, through regular communication and ensuring client satisfaction and continued business.
It’s important for applicants to be able to identify key market trends and to be aware of new developments and regulations, keeping the studio well-informed and positioned to capitalise on new opportunities. This role is a great opportunity to not only be a leader in design but also lead the studio in business development and growth.
We are seeking an experienced Architect/Associate with:
- Strong networking experience and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams on high-value projects
- UK-based residential and mixed-use project experience
- Revit (BIM) project experience (highly desirable)
There is a progressive pathway into an Associate Director position available.
