Architect Job: Assistant/Associate Professor

We are seeking individuals with a significant research track record (Associate Professor) or growing research track record (Assistant Professor) in the field of ecology and sustainable urban design/landscapes. We are especially keen to hear from candidates and with a research background in urban biodiversity, sustainable ecosystems, ecological landscape design and urban nature-based solutions.  

You will be responsible for the delivery of the Departments landscape architecture and ecology teaching and curriculum development for our accredited architecture programmes and specialist post graduate programmes. You will use your knowledge and experience to deliver teaching that delivers a best in class learning experience to develop and inspire the next generation of architects and built environment professionals. The Department is currently ranked top 10 in the UK for Architecture (Guardian and Complete University guides) and top 3 by the AJ Top 100 practices. You will be joining a highly multidisciplinary and diverse environment where collaboration between staff, students and external colleagues is key to the successful delivery of our curriculum.
