A High-end residential practice is hiring for PART 2 ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANTS who are technically competent to help deliver beautifully crafted projects. This studio would suit someone who has a keen eye for design, enjoys working meticulously through bespoke detailing and is eager to join a growing studio in North East London. Vectorworks fluency would be preferable.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day assisting on architectural / interior refurbishment projects within the high-end residential sector
- Oversee documentation in Vectorworks
- Liaise with the client, local authority and consultants
- Assisting in supervising works on site
Skills and Experience
- Part 2 Architect with experience delivering high quality residential projects
- From a design-focused background
- Interested in working on small-to-medium bespoke refurbishment and new build schemes
- Expert technical experience with good knowledge of UK construction methods and materials
- Excellent command of Vectorworks
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
