FRAME are looking for individual’s who have experience with working on large-scale luxury retail or hospitality (hotel/resort) projects. The ideal candidate should possess a number of years of practical experience with a focus on mixed-use (retail/hospitality led) or retail and hospitality projects.
The ideal candidate would have experience working on projects in China or the Middle East and have a deep understanding of their local codes and construction process, as well as strong communication skills. The role involves collaborating with other disciplines, such as interior design and requires a deep understanding of design, building regulations, codes, and standards.
The Studio:
- This company started over 20 years ago and has a rich, creative feel to the studio. The company began small in size and has since grown, working within a range of different sectors. The team is made up of professionals from all over the world.
Key experience needed for this role:
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Mixed-Use (retail/hospitality led) projects
- Some years of experience working in architectural design
- Experience working on global projects (Projects based in China/ Middle East desired)
- RIBA/ ARB Qualified
- Highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Rhino (Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, BIM, 3D modelling, drafting experience would be desirable too)
- Experience working in RIBA stages 0-4+ and experience delivering detailed design stage packages would be desired
- Mandarin or Arabic speaking would be desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of architectural project stages and packages
