Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Principal Design team, fostering collaboration.
  • Advise on Health and Safety risk management, ensuring CDM compliance.
  • Drive the evolution of the Principal Designer role, enhancing project consistency.
  • Review project designs and maintain Pre-construction Health and Safety standards.
  • Support clients with Pre-Construction Information and Health and Safety during planning.
  • Prepare Health and Safety Files upon project completion.
  • Provide training to in-house design teams and collaborate with enforcement authorities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive CDM experience and expertise in design and construction management.
  • Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) and APS membership.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred background in architectural or engineering design, with a relevant degree.
  • Security clearance or eligibility is ideal.
