Overview:
FRAME are currently looking for either an ARB Architect, experienced Part 2 Assistant or an Architectural Technician to join a growing, award winning studio based in London. This will initially be a contract role of round 4-6 months with the studio looking to take someone on permanent after this contract if of interest. The company are focused on both large scale, multi-unit Residential developments and smaller Residential buildings also. They are currently focused on RIBA stage 3-5 so are looking for someone with experience here, including Revit proficiency of at least 2 years.
Skills required:
- Revit experience, 2 years minimum Specialist in RIBA stage 3-5 Experience in UK based Residential, Commercial or Mixed-use projects UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge Excellent communication and organisation background
The company:
The studio are a small to medium sized studio with a great company office culture and atmosphere, such as they have a roof terrace in the office including a table tennis table! They are looking for someone to stay with them long term ideally after the contract pending on workflow. Where they are a very close knit team, they are looking for someone to be based in the office for this role.
