FRAME are currently working with a London based Architecture firm who are urgently looking to grow! They are looking for either an experienced ARB Architect or Project Architect to join ideally on a 3-month contract to go perm, or can also consider perm from the offset.
The studio are medium sized and work on an array of projects from Residential, Commercial and Hospitality/ Student Accommodation. They are looking for someone ideally who has worked on one or more of these sectors, as well as being confident in all RIBA stages, the current project they are hiring for is on early/ concept stages however there will be future later stage/ technical work also.
For this role, they need someone who is confident in running projects, liaising with clients/ contractors and leading juniors would also be beneficial.
Skills required:
- Revit proficient
- Must have UK based projects- ideally Residential, Commercial, Hospitality
- All-rounder/ all RIBA stages
- Job running/ client facing
- UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisation background
The company:
The studio are a medium sized firm, they have a hybrid set up with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. The team are very warm, collaborative and are looking for some creative individuals to join as soon as possible!
