Overview:
FRAME are currently working with a London based, top AJ100 Architecture studio who are looking to hire a Senior Urban Designer. For this role, they are looking for someone with ideally 5-12 years experience, including a strong UK/ large scale project-based portfolio. They are worked on a confidential London based redevelopment that will include various elements of Urban Design/ Masterplanning and different buildings. They would love someone who is experienced in all RIBA stages, where this a senior position any team leading/ client facing skills will also be required.
Revit is desirable however they can cross train if needed, Rhino, AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite would also be beneficial for this role.

Skills required:
- Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite proficiency (can look at 2/4 of these)
- Must have UK based projects
- Sketch/ develop designs
- Large scale sector experience, would love Commercial/ Education/ Cultural but ca be flexible
- All rounder- confident in both design and technical stages
- UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisation background
- Great at presenting, client facing, team leading
The company:
The studio are a large, AJ100 studio based in London, they work on a number of projects in the UK and internationally. They have a hybrid set up also so can be flexible with home and office working if required. The team are very warm, collaborative and are looking for some creative individuals to join as soon as possible!
