We are actively seeking a full-time Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team of experienced builders and tradespeople in the West Midlands working in Social housing, universities or local authorities. The ideal candidate should have experience in the building trade. Holding a relevant qualification is preferred, and expertise in some of the following areas is essential such as:
- General building works
- Plastering/Rendering
- Brick laying
- carpentry
- painting and decorating
- tiling
- property repair and maintenance
- plumbing
What you’ll get in return
- Full-time – Approx 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
- Salary is £20 to £25 per hour.
- Initial 3-month contract, potential for extension.
