School of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering:

The School comprises a wide range of disciplines covering architecture and architectural engineering, building energy, construction management, water and environmental engineering, geotechnics and geomatics, transport and urban planning, and structures and materials.

The School is also home to a well-resourced 3,000m2 multifunctional state-of-the-art complex of laboratories and workshops dedicated to the support of the School’s research and teaching.
Successful candidates will have a record of academic excellence which is contributing to the furtherance of knowledge in their discipline. Candidates must also have a PhD or equivalent experience and be able to demonstrate a clear trajectory towards achievement at a higher academic level.
