Our client is just about to embark on the delivery of their first Revit BIM Level 2 project, and they are looking for a Revit trained Architect who has experience in BIM Management to deliver the scheme and future projects.
Our client anticipates the initial role will be 60% Architect / 40% BIM Management, however with 2-3 other projects in the pipeline they are looking for someone who wishes to progress into a BIM Manager position.
Joining a 20 strong Architectural Studio based in Central London.
As this person develops into the BIM Manager post they will assist with strategizing future architectural bids where BIM is to be utilised, provide technical advice and support to other members of staff on BIM projects, assist in staff BIM training and maintain and expand the BIM capability within the practice.
