Part 2 Architectural Assistant or newly qualified Architect required to work on Higher Education and Infrastructure projects within a friendly, supportive, and progressive studio in Southwest London. In April, the practice will be relocating to Waterloo, so we advise all applicants to consider this when applying.
The practice is proud to deliver value added, innovative schemes within the education and infrastructure sectors with a focus on higher & further education, rail and regeneration schemes.
Role/responsibilities:-
- Working on rail and higher education projects across the UK.
- Working with the wider team on feasibility studies, preparation of working drawings and attending team meetings and site visits.
- Working within Vectorworks and or Microstation depending on project.
Skills & Experience needed:-
- Experience working on complex projects in the UK.
- A strong understanding of UK building regulations.
- Experience working within education or rail sectors is advantageous but not essential.
- Vectorworks and/or Microstation experience is desirable – with a preference towards Microstation.
- Strong team player skills
- Ability to work with initiative and independently.
