Established European design and build consultancy who have recently set up their first London studio is on the lookout for ambitious architects and designers to join their design team on an initial contract basis. The studio has multi million pound backing while retaining it’s boutique design studio feel, meaning the role would suit contractors looking for roles that are flexible and outside IR35. Successful applicants will should be proficient in Revit and ideally have experience within UK mixed use projects at design stage.
Job Description
- Work with a dynamic and flexible design team on front end mixed use, commercial and life & science projects
- Deliver drawing packages in Revit
- Attend design team meetings and work with directors in pushing the project forward
Key Skills
- ARB qualified Architect or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience working at design stages on mixed use or commercial UK schemes
- Proficiency using Revit
- Comfortable working in a small team
- Communicative and motivated
