During its participation at the International Urbanism Festival (MIPIM) in Cannes, France, Diriyah Development Company announced the launch of 15 luxury residences under the Armani Residences Diriyah brand, marking the first time the renowned Italian brand has appeared in Saudi Arabia.
These residences are located near the new Armani Hotel in Diriyah Square and feature unique interior designs by Giorgio Armani, with panoramic views of the boulevard, gardens, and luxury shopping district.
Designs Inspired by Najdi Heritage
The residences come in three unique designs inspired by Najdi heritage: “Nakhil Residences,” “Garden Residences,” and “The Royal Penthouse.”
Range in size from 1,200 to 1,900 square meters, each unit includes three bedrooms, a library, a lavish dining area, and a living room. They also feature expansive outdoor spaces, including a private pool and open-plan seating areas.
Luxurious Details
The residences are furnished with Armani Casa furniture, Armani D’Adda kitchens, and Armani Roca bathrooms, combining advanced technology with contemporary elegance. Each unit also offers a reception area, a private elevator, and private parking.
