This scholarship was established through an endowment from the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) in June 2006. the most purpose of the fund is to nurture subsequent generation of “green” designers by promoting and inspiring sustainable research and style in Canadian Schools of Architecture.

The Canada Green Building Council’s mission is to market buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to measure , work and play by engaging a national coalition of industry leaders to accelerate the mainstream adoption of green building principles, policies, practices, standards and tools.
