The animation team at FygoStudio contacted me about using this illustration to show off their motion skills. They did an amazing job with this existing piece and captured such an incredible mood with the whole thing in such a short amount of time. Check them out at FygoStudio.com!

None Greater
When I read the prompt “If you think you have God figured out, you definitely don’t.” I was very excited. I was also overwhelmed with the challenge to draw relationship to a being who transcends the material universe. I settled on a scene where the whole cosmos is a temple with the “4 corners” exploding outward exceeding all our expectations.
This accompanied a review of a book called “None Greater: The Undomesticated Attributes of God” by Matthew Barrett.
