Cityscape Qatar 2025: A Global Platform Shaping the Future of Real Estate in Doha
As the countdown begins for October 14, 2025, preparations are underway for the 13th edition of Cityscape Qatar. The event is set to take place at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center. Over the course of three days, the event will bring together investors, developers, policymakers, and architects. These participants will gain a clear look at how Qatar envisions the future of its urban landscape.
A Vision Aligned with 2030
This year’s edition carries the theme “Shaping the Future of Real Estate,” closely tied to the ambitions of Qatar National Vision 2030. The focus will be on smart cities, sustainable urban development, and innovative architectural approaches. These approaches reflect broader shifts within the real estate market.
The Third Qatar Real Estate Forum
Running alongside the exhibition, the Qatar Real Estate Forum (October 14–16) will feature keynote addresses. It will also have sessions with leading international experts and government regulators. Discussions will explore:

- Real estate investment and financing trends
- Strategic project updates across the GCC
- Emerging PropTech innovations
- Insights from venture capitalists and leasing specialists
The program will conclude with the announcement of the Young Architects Awards 2025, celebrating creativity and fresh design perspectives.
Scale and Participation
Covering 15,000 square meters, the exhibition will host more than 70 exhibitors spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors. Notable participants include Qetaifan Projects (Diamond Sponsor), Qatari Diar, Barwa Real Estate, Tameer, and the United Development Company (UDC).
Guest Country: Saudi Arabia
This year, Saudi Arabia takes the spotlight as the official Guest Country of Honor. The exhibition will feature New Murabba as Platinum Sponsor. It will showcase the ambitious Mukaab project in Riyadh, offering attendees a detailed view of regional investment opportunities and emerging market dynamics.

Parallel Events
In addition to Cityscape Qatar, the INDEX and Big 5 exhibitions will run concurrently. This will turn Doha into a hub where real estate, construction, and design professionals can engage under one roof.
Organizers’ Statement
According to Alexander Heuff, Group Director of Cityscape Qatar:
“This collaboration with the Qatar Real Estate Forum highlights the strength of Qatar’s property market and reinforces the country’s path toward economic diversification in line with Vision 2030.”
Visiting Hours
The exhibition will welcome visitors daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It invites professionals and the public to explore projects worth more than $85 billion. They will connect with decision-makers and engage with ideas that are shaping the cities of tomorrow.
✦ ArchUp Editorial Insight
The article frames Cityscape Qatar 2025 as a strategic platform. It merges investment and urban planning under the umbrella of Qatar National Vision 2030. The imagery of large-scale exhibitions and forums conveys momentum. Yet, the narrative leans more on economic positioning than on architectural or spatial dynamics. While the Real Estate Forum provides critical dialogues, the coverage could deepen its reflection on how design strategies translate into long-term spatial solutions. Nevertheless, the inclusion of the Young Architects Awards and emphasis on smart city initiatives highlight the event’s potential to shape architectural discourse in a future-oriented manner.
