Covering a total area of 50 square metres, the project emerged as a new spatial experiment on the use of small scale temporary buildings to stimulate the site.

The research comes from original architectural aspirations,

and explores them theoretically from both macro and micro perspectives, in which building characteristics change based on demand.

And while defining the material basis of its characteristics: from the primitive hut that understands the basic needs of human life,

to the church that carries the common faith and provides the first official gathering places.

And also the existing living space, which should enhance the users’ quality of life,

as well as meet their spiritual needs.

And what increases communication opportunities for people, and also increases the vitality of society at the macro level,

as Wooden Pavilion # 2 is a prototype that combines theory and practice.

Based on a human scale, each section of the pavilion is used to designate different spaces for people’s orientation and interaction patterns.

The formation strategy for Wooden Pavilion #2 begins at the human scale,

and then combines rapport, ethology, and ergonomics.

So as to further prepare the specific path and behavior of visitors in space.

Therefore, people carry out various social activities in different sections of the pavilion,

while enjoying the harmonious natural environment of the river in the west, and the human environment of the village in the east.

There was a long-running lack of pleasant and functional public spaces in nearby villages, before.
