Most recently, the interior designer took on the challenge of designing a modern kitchen, followed by three luxurious modern bathrooms, to create a more streamlined feel.

When designing a luxury kitchen, it is important to consider equal measures of style and function.
Keeping the design clean and simple makes it easy to achieve a sleek, sophisticated look that will stand the test of time.
Meanwhile, for a space that’s truly modern and functional, a minimalist approach is often the best way to go.
And that’s exactly what the clients were looking for, their inspiring gallery showcased all the essential elements of modern minimalism.
Despite some embellishments and decorative elements, the heavy emphasis on creating a functional layout was more than evident.
Modern Kitchen Design And Moodboard
Once the clients’ ideas were clear, it took absolutely no effort to complete the rest of the interior design process.
Answers to Decorilla’s quick and easy online survey solidified their design vision, so finding the right designers for the project was easy.
After receiving a detailed mood board from each designer, the next step was to choose the one that best depicted their vision, and in the end, the clients decided to continue with Drew F.
And Drew’s mood board reflected the aspirations of all customers in its elegant and simple composition.
Rooted in a palette of neutrals and clean lines, it maintains visual interest with several neatly curated touches.
The wooden elements combined with the silvery coolness of the modern hardware embody the initial idea of “minimal but attractive” in all its glory.
Modern luxury kitchen
The focal point of the new kitchen became the massive island covered in elegant white stone.
Above the island, three pendants complete the arrangement, blended but still eye-catching with their elegant appeal.
The gorgeous waterfall edge on either side of the island accentuates the design, while anchoring it at the same time.
The island is paired with beautiful black bar stools, providing a balanced contrast to its streamlined, lightweight shape.
Parallel to the island, a long line of wooden cabinets with a stove and ample worktop ran.
The lack of visible hardware accentuated the minimalist appeal, leaving all communication with the rich wood texture.
Speaking of texture, the choice to continue using marble countertops and elevate the walls as a backsplash elevates the luxury element of the story to a whole different level.
The end result was a beautifully simple kitchen that showcased high-end finishes above all else.
Italian marble, custom cabinetry in rich wood lacquer, and wide plank hardwood floors perfectly reflect the clients’ desires and style.
Modern bathroom design
This project also required the creation of a simple luxury master bathroom with a spa-like feel.
The clients wanted a clean, serene space centered on functionality and relaxation, and the designer delivered.
Additionally, the abundance of storage and the free surface promote the idea of a clutter-free space, without any superfluous items.
Similar to the kitchen, the background chosen was neutral, with wood textures as the only dynamic element.
The base of the modern master bathroom ideas was cool white, along with coordinating modern bathroom tiles.
On one side, he faced the dark gray wall, while the other maintained balance with pale marble tiles.
The luxurious master bathroom’s bright, airy, and minimal style, achieved as a result, becomes the perfect canvas for sharp black accents in the mirrors and fixtures.
Modern home bathroom ideas
The combination of a freestanding bathtub with a stylish walk-in shower was the star of the show.
Divided and connected by a glass screen, this area is as attractive as it is functional.
It’s allowed a herringbone tile pattern in 50 shades of gray to shine in full glory,
providing just the right amount of visual interest.
All other touches have been kept strictly functional but decorative enough by design alone.
The freestanding tub is positioned in front of the screen, like a peep-out window,
while the shower design follows the rest of the minimalist story, leaving only the sleek black fixtures visible.
Luxurious modern guest bathrooms
In terms of fixtures, the guest bathroom comprises of a toilet, single vanity and large walk-in shower.
Again, the design was sleek and modern, keeping with the overall aesthetic of the space.
The coordinated modern bathroom decor also helps to achieve an inviting feel,
which is reflected in the fluffy white towels, aroma diffusers, and a beautiful piece of wall art.
The result was a successful synthesis of small modern bathroom ideas,
resulting in the creation of a luxurious mini spa resort for guests.
