Eco State Poster Competition 2023 is now open for entries!

Eco State Poster Competition 2023: Eco State Poster Competition 2023 has been recently opened for entries as a part of the 2023 Wild Beauty Art Festival this year themed “Ecological Country”.

About Competition

The 2023 Wild Beauty Art Festival is hosting “Ecological Country”, a new themed competition that is a part of the festival.

Montenegro was the first country in the world to be proclaimed as an ecological country in 1991, in Žabljak in the Durmitor National Park – exactly where the Wild Beauty Art Festival is taking place, showcasing high-quality art programs in place of (still) astonishing natural beauty. Although a noble idea for a small country and its citizens, the reality, 31 years after, is quite different.

What does an “ecological country” mean for you and how to fight for such a great idea against corrupted political structures? How can a country be greener and more careful about its natural environment and how to force those in power to fulfill the green agenda?

Each participant can submit a total of three posters.

A five-member jury will judge the posters.

The winners will be announced at the exhibition’s opening ceremony in August in Montenegro.
