Architecture Week 2025
April 13 @ 8:00 am - April 19 @ 5:00 pm

What is Architecture Week 2025?
Architecture Week 2025 is a national celebration dedicated to the power of architecture and good design. Taking place from April 13–19, 2025, this weeklong event invites students (especially K–12), educators, architects, and the general public to explore the transformative impact of architecture in our communities and daily lives.
Organized by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Architecture Week is designed to spark curiosity, nurture future designers, and bring communities together through engaging, creative, and hands-on experiences.
Goals of Architecture Week 2025
This year, 20 AIA chapters have received Architecture Week grants to help expand the celebration across the country. The core goals include:
-
Inspiring students to imagine their future in architecture and design
-
Fostering community engagement with design professionals
-
Promoting awareness about the value of thoughtful, inclusive design
-
Encouraging early architectural thinking in children and teens
-
Celebrating the profession of architecture through public events and outreach
