Copenhagen Architecture Biennial 2025

September 18 @ 8:00 am - October 19 @ 5:00 pm

CAFx Biennial 2025 – Copenhagen Architecture Biennial

The CAFx Biennial 2025 will take place from September 18 to October 19 in Copenhagen, Denmark, organized by the Copenhagen Architecture Forum.

Under the theme “Slow Down”, this new international architecture biennial invites professionals and the public to rethink the pace of architecture in response to climate urgency, rapid urbanization, and social inequality.

Key Highlights:

  • Major exhibitions, city-wide installations, and curated tours

  • Assemble! – A two-day summit on architecture, climate, and construction

  • Interdisciplinary forums addressing architecture’s social and ecological role

The biennial aims to serve as a platform for long-term architectural thinking, resisting fast spectacle and advocating for sustainable, restorative design practices.
