Overview

The University of Southern California presents “Design Innovation with John Hoke” at its Bovard Auditorium located in Los Angeles. The event exists as part of the Crossing Design Borders lecture series which examines architectural art and design through its interdisciplinary creative work and professional activities.

Focus

The session studies how design functions within the fields of art and architecture and its ability to build connections with communities. John Hoke reflects on his 30-year career at Nike and his work across apparel, footwear, and architectural projects, discussing how design can advance equitable, sustainable, and human-centered experiences.
