• All papers must be written in English, clear and grammatically accurate.

Our Review Process

1. Submitted papers are reviewed by the Program Chair, who initiates a peer review.

2. At least two expert reviewers are assigned to assess the paper.

3. Reviewers submit their comments to the Program Chair for the final decision.

4. Authors are notified of acceptance, rejection, or revision requirements via email.

Academic Ethics

All submissions must adhere to academic integrity standards:

• Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

• Proper citations and references must be included.

• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will result in:

  • Immediate rejection or withdrawal of the paper

  • Notification to affiliated institutions and supervisors

  • Reporting to academic ethics offices and funding bodies

  • Public disclosure of misconduct, if necessary
