Submission Guidelines

Procedure

• Kindly submit papers via the “Paper Submission” link on the official website.

Language

• The official language for all conferences and papers is English.
• Submissions must be written clearly, ensuring grammatical accuracy.

Review Process

• All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process led by the Program Chair.
• The Program Chair will assign at least two technical committee members (Reviewers) for evaluation.
• After a thorough review, the decision will be finalized, and authors will be notified.
• Papers that are not accepted will be sent back for revision. If they pass the second review, they will be accepted.
• Authors must check their email regularly for updates.

Academic Ethics

• All submissions must be original and unpublished, not under consideration elsewhere.
• Proper citation must be followed strictly.
• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and may result in:
  • Rejection or removal of the paper from the final publication.
  • Reporting to the author’s supervisor(s) and institution(s).
  • Notification to relevant academic ethics committees and research funding agencies.
  • Disclosure of misconduct details, including the author’s name, institution, and paper title.
