The 19th International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, titled “Intelligens: Natural. Artificial. Collective.”, is curated by Italian architect and MIT professor Carlo Ratti. Running from May 10 to November 23, 2025, the exhibition is hosted across Venice’s Giardini, Arsenale, and Forte Marghera venues.

The exhibition delves into the evolving concept of intelligence within architecture, exploring its natural, artificial, and collective dimensions. It seeks to understand how architecture can adapt and respond to contemporary challenges by harnessing diverse forms of intelligence.

Notable Exhibits
With over 750 participants presenting more than 300 projects, the Biennale showcases a wide array of installations and pavilions. Highlights include:
Grace Farms Foundation: Presenting “Design for Freedom,” an exhibit addressing unethical labor practices in the global construction industry and advocating for ethical sourcing through supply chain tracing.
