Remarkable progress toward project completion

The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jeddah Corniche has seen significant progress with the commencement of cladding work on the exterior facades, following the completion of the structural framework.

The project consists of 32 floors and includes 249 luxurious rooms and suites, in addition to 21 serviced apartments, making it a distinctive architectural landmark that graces the Jeddah skyline with its unique design.

Record-breaking suspension bridges

One of the most prominent features of this project is the construction of the largest suspension bridges in the Middle East, which are expected to enter the Guinness Book of World Records.

These bridges span 60 meters and are 130 meters above sea level, weighing approximately 2,500 tons.

These eight-story bridges connect the towers, making them an architectural gateway to Jeddah, visible from the sea and the air.

Luxury Amenities and World-Class Design

In addition to the rooms and serviced apartments, the project includes 76 private residences, including luxurious penthouses.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the project features luxurious and elegant design elements, spacious living spaces for families, spa-inspired bathrooms, fine marble interiors, and outdoor terraces overlooking the Red Sea.
