FRAME: ARB Architect – Stage 5

Overview:

FRAME are currently looking for either an ARB Architect or Senior Architectural Technician to join an award winning studio based in London. This is a permanent position, salary roughly ranging from £43,000 – £50,000 per annum depending on relevant experience. They are currently working on a Residential Tower in the UK needing expertise, the project is just entering stage 5/ on site phases. Due to this they are looking for someone with experience in stage 5/ on site, including technical detailing and façade work would be a great bonus also. Must be Revit proficient with 2 years’ experience on live projects minimum.  

The studio are open on sector background but have a preference for Residential, Commercial or Mixed use. There is already an Associate running this project however this will be the opportunity to lead a junior member of the team.  

Skills required:

• Revit proficient
• Technical detailing experience
• Stage 5, on site/ construction phase experience, facades a bonus
• Residential/ Commercial or Mixed-use project background
• UK studio/ building regulation experience
• Excellent communication and organisation background

The company:

The studio are a award winning, passionate studio and we have had glowing references from people we have placed there in the last few years. They are medium- large sized (around 50 people).
