Hims&Hers – App scapes
Hims&Hers asked me to create abstract worlds to accompany their app which focuses on guided advice and help in different areas the brand offers services/products in. These worlds would represent different areas within the app such as Skin Care, Hair Loss, Depression and Premature Ejaculation. Exploring approaches for the different worlds was a very organic and creative process done together with some of their in house team. At the end of the project I created a edit for Hims&Hers in which the dot from the ''i'' in the Hims&Hers logo guides the viewer through these worlds in an engaging way.

R&D – Design Development
Skin Care:
Explorations into skin care were around the themes of a rough organic surface turning smooth or of gently flowing fabrics, some with droplets/liquid on them acting as healing agents.

Depression:
The key idea behind the world representing depression was that of a lone object in a vast desert, the object would be filled with light representing an uplifting or elevation from the feeling of depression. Other thoughts played with was that of the object arising from a fog/cloudy space into clarity.

PE (Premature Ejaculation):
The visuals for PE were derived from an idea of how sand tries to funnel through an hourglass, we also played with the idea of a impossible hourglass moving upwards against gravity.

Hair Loss:
The Hims&Hers team were open to exploring the idea of hair loss less literally, representing hair as grass growth on abstract shapes, we also tried some more animated approaches with the hair almost having a life of it's own.
