With a total prize fund of 250,000 € and the potential for winning designs to be constructed, participants will have the chance to make a lasting impact on UAE’s architectural landscape.

Purpose and Objectives of the Competition

Following the success of the House of the Future 2023/24, this year’s competition seeks visionary concepts for UAE housing, focusing on adaptability, sustainability, and cultural resonance. Entrants are encouraged to think beyond conventional designs, addressing evolving needs and cultural values within a modern framework.
