The SKYHIVE 2021 Skyscraper Challenge is that the fourth annual architecture competition which searches out the newest and greatest designs for an iconic high rise structure. Participants of the SKYHIVE Challenge are tasked with creating an idea for a state-of-the-art tower that breaks from the norm.Participants are encouraged to include new technologies and materials in their designs, also as unique aesthetics and spatial organisations. Special consideration is additionally given to designs that implement innovations in sustainable systems, also as people who look to unravel economic, social, and cultural problems through the establishment of latest architectural methods.

There is no defined competition site, therefore participants are ready to select any hypothetical site measuring 130m x 80m which may be accessed by roads on two sides. Design are often set within the city of their choice anywhere within the world, as long as the project is keep with the region’s skyline and surroundings.
