Bei dem Entwurf der Jakob Factory Saigon ging das Büro G8A Architecture & Urban Planning gemeinsam mit rollimarchini architekten in Sachen industrieller Tropenarchitektur neue Wege. Anstatt sich an den Fabrikbauten der Umgebung zu orientieren, verpackte das Schweizer Duo Produktion, Administration und Lager in einem grünen, luftigen Gebäude und kreierte damit eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre.
