Lancer Hof Tegernsee Marienstein

According to the architects’ specifications, the new building was to be surrounded by a natural alpine meadow. On the south side of the structure, there is a direct connection to the meadow. The black pine trees along the meadow extend to the shade area on the east side.
In both shade and semi-shade areas, we find herbs such as Calmagrostis bracytricha (Korean feather grass) and Deschampsia cespitosa (complex hair grass). In the shaded areas are Hakonechloa macra (Japanese forest grass) and Carex mararrowii (Japanese sedge).
On the roof terrace, the lounging areas and the connecting paths are defined as a wooden deck. The naturally appearing yew is placed around the rest areas to provide privacy for the guests.
