Project FLORIM Modens Fiorano
Located in Italy, the new Executive Spa Hotel has been smartly renovated, completely plastic-free, and entirely made in Italy.
In its modern form, the hotel offers 64 rooms, 5 of which are suites, designed by Gualtiero Sacchi studio in shapes and materials reminiscent of the style of the fifties.
Florim is one of the Italian design brands selected for the project, with various collections characterized by a high aesthetic impact and a distinctive personality.

Marble influences from the collections of Les Bijoux de Rex, Étoile de Rex, and Prexious of Rex adorn the walls of the lobby, the counter at the entrance, and the restaurant areas. The Studios collection was used for flooring. His sophisticated yet detached personality creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The protagonists of the rooms are the I Filati and Prexious of Rex collections that make their decks available to become privacy icons.
In the bathroom, luxurious and elegant Étoile de Rex porcelain panels are combined with the studio’s cement inspiration.
Sensi of Casa dolce casa was designed by Matteo Thun to decorate the spa by reinterpreting the tactile experience of touching the earth. The perfect synthesis of innovation and sustainability, this ceramic range has been developed with a keen interest in environmental impact without sacrificing technical performance, making it the perfect solution for use in even the most complex of designs.
